The short version: Kelp keeps your focus data on your iPhone. There’s no account, no ads and no tracking.

What stays on your phone

Your tasks, focus sessions, streaks, Pip’s den, outfits and settings are stored only on your device. We can’t see them, and they’re never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases (Kelp Pro)

If you buy Kelp Pro, Apple processes the payment. We never see your card or Apple ID details. We use RevenueCat to confirm that your purchase is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID and your purchase receipt from Apple. It does not receive your name, email address or anything you type into Kelp.

Notifications

Kelp schedules local notifications on your iPhone to tell you when a session ends. These are created on your device; no notification data is sent to us.

Sounds and voice

Pip’s voice and the focus music are files included in the app. Nothing is sent over the internet to play them, and Kelp never uses your microphone.

Sharing

Share cards are made on your iPhone and only go where you choose to send them.

Tracking and advertising

Kelp doesn’t track you across apps or websites, doesn’t show ads, and doesn’t sell or share personal information.

Children

Kelp doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
